Cancellation Policy
I require a minimum 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointments…as a courtesy, you will receive an appointment reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment and another reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment via email and text.
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
•24 hours or more advance notice = no fee
•Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of reserved service(s)
•No notice given (No Show) = 100% of the reserved service(s)
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay in full for service(s) at booking or be banned from future booking.
